Some Portmasters users are successfully using this Beta release.

It is based on 3.9.1 but does not have the memory leak that causes
portmasters to sometimes reboot.

It does, unfortunately, have the same problem that 3.9.1
has where authentication fallover is broken.

We are attempting to add this fix to the existing 3.9.1c1 code where
Authentication Fallover has been fixed.
