Measured performance on a T1 running at 1.536 MHz (Full ESF T1 framing - 1.544 MHz clock minus T1 framing bits) went from 1.35Mbits/second to 1.52Mbits/second. If foreign router on Frame Relay goes away, the arp cache is cleared of anyone who gets a query after that one was queried. Fixed in 3.0.2Rb2.
